Q - What happens if I have an issue after I buy a machine?
A - Most manufacturers have their own warranties with varying durations on specific parts etc. We will always do our best to help you best we can, even if outside manufacturer's warranty so contact us!

Q - Do you take Trades? If so, how does it work?
A - Absolutely! Not only do we take Pinball Machines, we also take Magic Cards, Pokemon cards and more! We offer you a trade in value, if agreeable, we take that off the price of the purchase and add tax to the difference.
Example:
- You want a machine that costs $10,000
- We offer you $5,000 on your trade
- You pay the difference of $5,000 + your tax situation, typically would be $5,650 out the door

Q - Do you Ship? If so, where?
A - We ship new and used machines all over Canada and the USA! Simply contact pinball@manalounge.ca and we will get you a quote.
